Director

Jason Randall is the founder and director of Randall Lawyers – a boutique legal practice that assists clients with all aspects of their property and real estate transactions. 

 

Having come from a global property practice, Jason has the legal experience to partner with clients to achieve practical and efficient results without the expenses and constraints that come with engaging a larger law firm.

 

From the purchase of your first residential property to complex, high-value transactional work, Jason is able to assist families, property developers and corporate clients alike. 

Jason prides himself in being communicative, approachable, efficient, tech-savvy and commercial.  For this reason, Jason has the flexibility to offer clients fixed fee solutions. 

Outside of law Jason enjoys road cycling and mountain biking along with science, aerospace, technology and spending time with his young family.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Acting for a Chinese investment company in the largest dairy acquisition ever in Australia at AUD280 million, comprising 17,890 cows over 7,062 hectares of land and 25 separate dairies in TAS.

Acting for the subsidiary of the Macau based land owner, Wyatt Grove Developments Pty Ltd, in the development and leasing of a new shopping centre in WA including advising in relation to various land titles and security issues.

Acting for a major utility service provider in relation to its acquisition of industrial land in WA.

Lendlease: acting on the acquisition of an industrial real estate asset in WA pursuant to an assigned option, with completion subject to construction of improvements on the land and a new lease to a third party.

Represented Real I.S. in its acquisition of 40 Macquarie Street BARTON ACT.

Telstra: acting in relation to various leasing and licencing arrangements in WA, VIC and NSW as part of Telstra's national tenancy portfolio.

Advising a non-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home care services and retirement living in connection with the divestment of three of its nursing homes and one of its co-located retirement villages in WA.

Telstra: advising on the subdivision, divestment and leaseback of a series of disused telecommunications sites in WA.

St Martins Centre Pty Ltd: Advising the Australian subsidiary of a leading property development, investment and asset management company based in the UK in relation to all its CBD office tower property holdings in WA.

Acure Funds Management Ltd: Acting for a funds management firm in relation the surrender of lease and new leasing negotiations with both the exiting tenant and new tenant of its retail warehouse in BALDIVIS WA.

Acure Funds Management Ltd: Acting for a funds management firm in the AUD60 million cross-border acquisition and leaseback of a national industrial portfolio in WA, VIC and QLD.

Advising a Swedish national income fund in connection with the acquisition and disposition of various primary production land and water entitlements in WA.

Acting for NAB in relation to the mortgagee sale of commercial, industrial and primary production land in WA.
