Our fee includes:​

• Acting on matters up to the value of $2,000,000

• Undertaking a Verification of Identity (remote)

• Assisting with obtaining a Foreign Resident Capital Gains Clearance Certificate

• Reviewing the Transfer of Land (via PEXA)

• Drafting the Financial Settlement Statement

• Liaising with the buyer and financier to arrange settlement

• Attending settlement (via PEXA)

Additional services and fees (excluding GST):

• Contract drafting - $470 per hour of drafting

• Contract negotiation - $470 per round of negotiation

• Contract review - $470 per hour of review

• Variation to Contract - $470 per hour of drafting

• Paper settlement (if required) - $470

• In person Verification of Identity - $255

Fees exclude disbursements such as statutory searches, Landgate and PEXA fees.
