Our fee includes:​

• Acting on matters up to $2,000,000

• Undertaking a Verification of Identity (remote)

• Lodging the contact for Transfer Duty assessment

• Checking the seller's Foreign Resident Capital Gains Clearance Certificate

• Drafting the Transfer of Land (PEXA)

• Undertaking and providing you all statutory searches

• Reviewing the Financial Settlement Statement

• Liaising with the seller and financier to arrange settlement

• Attending settlement (via PEXA)

 

Additional services and fees (excluding GST):

​

• Contract drafting - $470 per hour of drafting

• Contract negotiation - $470 per round of negotiation

• Contract review - $470 per hour of review

• Variation to Contract - $470 per hour of drafting

• Paper settlement (if required) - $470

• In person Verification of Identity - $255

• Registering a purchaser's caveat - $470

 

Fees exclude disbursements such as statutory searches, Landgate and PEXA fees and Transfer Duty.
