BUYING COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

We can act in the acquisition of commercial property. 

Our fixed fee includes:​

  • Acting on matters up to $2,000,000

  • Undertaking a Verification of Identity (remote)

  • Lodging the contact for Transfer Duty assessment

  • Checking the seller's Foreign Resident Capital Gains Clearance Certificate

  • Drafting the Transfer of Land (PEXA)

  • Undertaking and providing you all statutory searches

  • Reviewing the Financial Settlement Statement

  • Liaising with the seller and financier to arrange settlement

  • Attending settlement (via PEXA)

 

Fixed Fee - $1,650 (plus GST)

 

Additional services and fees (excluding GST):

  • Contract drafting - $470 per hour of drafting

  • Contract negotiation - $235 per round of negotiation

  • Contract review - $470 per hour of review

  • Variation to Contract - $470 per hour of drafting

  • Paper settlement (if required) - $470

  • In person Verification of Identity - $110

  • Registering a purchaser's caveat - $300

 

Our fees exclude disbursements such as statutory searches, Landgate and PEXA fees and Transfer Duty.

Please submit a request for quote if the purchase price is more than $2,000,000 or if you need assistance in drafting or negotiating a contract for sale.
