• Drafting the Financial Settlement Statement

• Liaising with the buyer and financier to arrange settlement

• Attending settlement (via PEXA)

• Contract negotiation - $295 per round of negotiation

• Contract review (REIWA) - $495

• Contract review (non-REIWA) - $895

• Variation to Contract - $295

• Paper settlement (if required) - $295

• In person Verification of Identity - $95
