PURCHASER CAVEATS

If you have entered into a contract for the purchase of land, then you may lodge a purchaser's caveat over the property.

 

Once lodged, the caveat will prevent the registration of other interests unless your consent to the registration is obtained.

Fee - $470 plus GST

​

The above fee excludes the Landgate registration fee and the cost to withdraw the caveat in order to allow settlement to proceed.
