RETAIL SHOP LEASES

Our fixed fee includes:

  • Drafting the Disclosure Statement

  • Advising in relation to a Turnover Notice (if required)

  • Drafting the retail shop lease

  • Providing guidance in relation to the timing of execution of the retail shop lease

 

Fixed Fee - $990 or $1,650 (including 2 rounds of negotiation)

 

Our addition fees are:

  • Lease review - see below

  • Assisting in the negotiation of the lease - $470 / round of negotiation

  • Drafting an agreement for lease - $750

  • Drafting an incentive deed - $470

  • Drafting a deed of extension, assignment or surrender of lease - $470

  • Registering the lease or a lessee's caveat with Landgate (as applicable) - $300

  • Obtaining SAT approval - $235

 

Our fixed fees exclude GST, disbursements such as searches and Landgate fees.

We can also review the following documents and advise you in relation to key and unusual terms for an additional $450:

  • Agreement for lease

  • Incentive deed

  • Deed of extension, assignment or surrender of lease
