The Western Australian Land Information Authority operates under the business name of Landgate.  Landgate is the statutory authority responsible for property and land information in Western Australia.  If you have a document already prepared, we can assist in registering the document with Landgate, including in relation to:

• Extensions of lease

• Powers of attorney

• Mortgage​s

• Drafting a supporting statutory declaration

 

Fee - $470 /  hour plus GST

The above fee excludes the Landgate registration fee.
